STAY PINK
A Well Stewarded Woman Live Event
Tending to the whole woman.
Body. Mind. Faith. Passions.
A flamingo isn't pink because she tries harder. She's pink because she's fed. Join us for a morning morning built around one question: what would it look like to steward your whole self: body, mind, faith, and passions, with the same faithfulness you give to everything else?
Saturday, August 15, 2026 · Atlanta National Golf Club
$30 per seat · Spots limited
It is going to be honest, it is going to be practical, and it is going to be one of the best mornings you have given yourself in a long time.
What can I expect?
This is not a conference. It is not a workshop with a binder and a workbook. It is an active gathering. Intimate. Intentional. For the woman who is ready to stop waiting for a convenient season and start stewarding the one she is already in.
❋ Worship, led at the baby grand piano
Before we move or learn anything, we settle in and posture our hearts. Worship reminds us who we're stewarding our lives for in the first place.
A reminder that movement isn't an “I have to” its an “I get to” and It's one of the simplest ways to steward the body you've been given.
❋ Mat Pilates - No experience needed
A taste of what it looks like to nourish your body simply, without it becoming one more complicated thing on your plate.
❋ Wellness Sip station
The four pillars that feed who you really are: body, mind, faith, and passions… and a first look at what it means to “get your pink back”.
❋ Introduction to Well Stewarded Framework
Because stewarding your health was never meant to mean eating bland or boring. We'll show you what nourishing food can actually taste like.
❋ Chef Prepared Brunch - healthy tapas style
Stewardship was never meant to be done alone. You'll leave this room with women in your corner instead of just an inbox full of inspiration.
❋ Real connection with women who get it
Meet the women speaking into your life that morning.
Ashleigh Coryell
Ashleigh is a wife, homeschool mom of three, and the woman behind Well Stewarded Woman. For 22 years she's led worship and served in ministry, and for just as long she's watched women run on empty in different phases of life while everyone around them gets the best of them.
A few years ago, on a walk with her dog, she heard something she couldn't shake: “treat your body like a training ground for your calling.” That moment changed everything. Not because she started eating better or working out harder, but because she finally understood that stewarding her life wasn't optional. It was the whole point.
Now she gets to help women do the same. Through FasterWay coaching, Arbonne, and the Well Stewarded community, she teaches women how to feed every part of who they are, body, mind, faith, and passions, so they can stop running on empty and start showing up full, alive, and WELL STEWARDED.
This event is everything she believes in, in one room.
Anna Trafton
Anna is a 31-year-old newlywed from Carrollton, Georgia with a heart for women who don’t know where to start. She gets it, because she’s been there.
After spending most of her life battling weight and a hormonal disorder, Anna made the courageous decision to pursue bariatric surgery combined with diet and exercise, and lost 240 pounds. Two skin removal surgeries later, she didn’t just transform her body. She rebuilt her whole life. What carried her through every hard step wasn’t a perfect plan or the right program. It was Jesus, and a faith that convinced her the body she’d been given was worth fighting for.
Now she combines worship and fitness as a way of life, and that combination is exactly what brought her to wholeness. She’ll tell you she’s still on the journey but she’ll also tell you that you don’t have to have it all figured out to take the first step. You just have to start.
Rebecca Nelson
Rebecca is the creator and owner of KÔR Pilates. She has been teaching movement since 2001. As a Personal Trainer, she stumbled upon Pilates through a knee injury while training for the Camp Pendleton Mud Run. After Rebecca was quickly rehabbed through Pilates she decided to learn how to teach this amazing philosophy of movement to others, including her personal training clients at the time. She is passionate about helping women through all stages of life and strives to live a holistic life. She believes that in addition to consistent, mindful movement, nutrition plays an important role in how we feel, both physically and mentally.
The Venue
Atlanta National Golf Club
We are gathering at one of Atlanta's most beautiful private venues because the woman who pours out for everyone else deserves a morning in a space that feels like it was made for her.
Join Ashleigh Coryell + team for an in-person morning experience built around the four things that feed who you really are: body, mind, faith, and passions. You'll hear from women who've walked through real transformation, move your body in a way that actually feels good, taste what nourishing food is supposed to taste like, and leave with a framework for staying pink, for good.
